The Request-URI is longer than the server will interpret.
Typical Q.850 / ISDN cause: 127 (Interworking, unspecified)

Common causes
- Excessive URI parameters, or loops that keep appending parameters.
How to fix it
- Check for routing loops and strip unneeded URI parameters.
