The request body is larger than the server is willing to process.
Typical Q.850 / ISDN cause: 127 (Interworking, unspecified)

Common causes
- Very large SDP (many codecs, ICE candidates) or a large multipart body.
How to fix it
- Reduce offered codecs, remove unused ICE candidates, or use TCP.
