This policy explains what information VoIP Toolbox ("we", "us"), operated by VoIP Toolbox, collects when you use voiptoolbox.tech (the "Site"), and how it is used. We aim to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, and with the GDPR and similar laws where they apply.
Information we collect
- Calculator inputs. The tools run entirely in your browser. Values you enter are not sent to our servers. They may appear in the page address so you can share results.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.
- Email. If you contact us, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to respond.
- Preferences. We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage.
