The request was accepted for processing, but processing is not complete. Typically seen for REFER (call transfer) and SUBSCRIBE.

Common causes
- Call transfer (REFER) accepted, event subscription accepted.
How to fix it
- If transfers are accepted but never complete, check the NOTIFY messages that follow the 202, plus the outcome of the new INVITE to the transfer target.
